Associate, Retail Distribution and Partnerships
Job Summary
Join our Asset Management distribution team and help drive the growth of our retail distribution business across private banks and retail banking this role you will develop new distribution relationships deepen existing strategic partnerships and influence product adoption across a broad range of investment solutions. You will work closely with local and regional stakeholders to deliver sales growth increase assets under management and expand market share. This role provides significant exposure to investment products distribution strategy and senior stakeholder management.
Position Responsibilities:
Drive gross sales and net sales performance against annual targets.
Acquire new retail and private bank distribution partners.
Increase share of wallet within existing distributor relationships.
Manage the end-to-end product onboarding and sales process.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers within distribution networks.
Deliver product presentations and investment updates.
Support distributors through training education and sales enablement.
Partner with regional and local stakeholders on business initiatives.
Build manage and report on sales pipeline activity.
Monitor market trends and provide feedback on investor demand and product opportunities.
Required Qualifications:
58 years of channel sales experience within an asset management firm.
Experience covering private banks and retail banks.
Strong knowledge of equities fixed income multi-asset and solutions products.
Proven ability to manage complex intermediary relationships.
Experience achieving asset gathering and sales targets.
Strong communication presentation and stakeholder management skills.
Understanding of regulatory frameworks governing investment distribution.
Preferred Qualifications:
CFA CAIA CISI IBF CMFAS or equivalent investment qualifications.
Product development or product strategy exposure.
Experience launching new funds onto distributor platforms.
Strong understanding of Asian retail fund distribution markets.
Experience operating within multinational matrix organizations.
