  • Monitorservicelevelsandclientsatisfactionresolvingissuesproactively.

  • UnderstandclientsbusinessandriskmanagementneedsandsupportTeam Lead to look for solutions including cross-selling across all products.

• StrategicSupport

  • Assistindevelopingclientstrategiesandproposals

  • Supportcross-sellinginitiativesandidentifyopportunitiesforexpandingservices

• Compliance&Documentation

  • Maintainclientdatafilesservicerecordsandmeetingminutesinaccordance with Willis Excellence Model standards

  • EnsureadherencetolocalregulatoryrequirementsandWTWsguidelinesand procedures

• Athoroughunderstandingandanexpertrealtimeuserforallrelevantdocumentation/ processing systems

• Developingandmaintaininggeneralknowledgeandexperienceofthe(re)insurancemarket as awholerecognise and explaintrends generalcarriercapabilities andcompetitiveness.

• Constantlykeepingabreastofinsuranceproductdevelopments

• Coordinate and collaborate with specialists consultants industry experts and other critical teammembersacrossWTWsegmentsandgeographiestobringthefullcapabilitiesofWTW to the client and ensure a streamlined client experience

• Abilitytounderstandaclientorprospectsbusinesssituationsopportunitiesproblems and key issues

• HoldBCPPGIandComGI certification

• Abilitytoworkundertimepressuretoensurepromptservicedelivery

• Prepareclientandprospectpresentations

• Independentandself-motivatedindividualwhoconsistentlystrivetodeliverthebestforWTW s clients

• Mayholdregulatorylicensespermissionsandtechnicalorotherrequirements applicableunderlocallegislation

• Intheabsenceofsuchwillbeawareofandadheretorelevantregulations
