Make an impact by:

• Support and troubleshoot Voice Access network infrastructure to ensure business objectives and network reliability targets are achieved.
• Perform fault diagnosis troubleshooting and resolution activities as well as support project implementation and network upgrades.
• Collaborate with Transmission and cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve network-related issues in a timely manner.
• Manage and respond to 24x7 Business As Usual (BAU) operational requests from internal stakeholders ensuring service level commitments are met.
• Support maintain and administer telecommunications and IT equipment to ensure optimal performance and availability.
• Participate in standby and on-call duties including responding to after-hours activations and critical incidents.
• Maintain operational documentation and adhere to established processes and procedures.
• Perform any other duties and assignments as assigned by the Manager.

Skills for success:

• NITEC / Diploma
• CCNA certification is an added advantage.
• Working knowledge of Linux operating systems and administration.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
