The Associate Creative Designer as part of the Marketing Team supports the graphics & visual needs of the APJ region for 3 months.
You will work closely with the Lead Designer Brand Team and other members of the marketing department to interpret creative briefs and meet production needs on a variety of marketing initiatives campaigns and events.
In this role you will also be responsible to:
Coordinating with teams across Workato to brainstorm and identify design requirements
Interpret design briefs align with and manage stakeholders to ensure designs meet high quality standards
Designing digital creatives (e.g. LED displays landing pages social media graphics slide decks videos)
Designing print materials (e.g. Large format signage booth graphics corporate swag) and ensuring they are production-ready
Prepare artwork according to technical specifications
Design and manage a range of creative assets including illustrations icons and layouts
Create mockups and visualizations of booths and event venues spaces
Coordinating with vendors to ensure smooth production of designs in a timely manner
Coordinating with the Marketing team to brainstorm and identify the needs and specifications of the designs
Coordinating with stakeholders to interpret design briefs and ensuring designs meet expectations
Present justify and defend design decisions to stakeholders
A Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Design Communications Graphic Communication or related field
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator Photoshop InDesign)
Proficiency with motion graphics software (e.g. After Effects Premiere Pro CapCut)
Proficiency with Figma
Some experience with 3D software (e.g. Blender) is highly preferred
Strong illustration iconography and typography skills
Excellent copywriting and presentation skills is required
1-2 years of experience with working in a marketing environment and/or design agency is preferred
Experience with project management is preferred
Based in Singapore
Able to work independently with exceptional attention to detail and achieve required results within deadlines
Excellent interpersonal skills able to cross-collaborate within own and other departments and with external vendors and agencies
Excellent problem-solving skills able to plan for contingencies and resolving design issues so that projects remain on schedule
Open to feedback and adapt to changing design requirements and priorities while having the flexibility to maintain high design standards
