Assistant Project Manager (Healthcare) Real Estate

• Support end-to-end delivery of healthcare real estate projects including fit-out renovation and refurbishment.
• Coordinate with consultants contractors vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Track project schedules budgets risks variations and key deliverables.
• Support tendering procurement site works testing commissioning and handover.
• Monitor works for quality safety and compliance with project requirements.
• Prepare progress reports meeting minutes and project documentation.
• Support the Project Manager in resolving site and delivery issues.

Qualifications :

• Diploma/Degree in Real Estate Building Engineering Construction Project Management or related discipline.
• 35 years experience in real estate construction or project management.
• Healthcare/hospital project experience is an advantage.
• Strong stakeholder contractor and vendor management skills.
• Good understanding of project scheduling cost management and fit-out works.
