Le Chene is supporting a hospitality business to appoint an Executive Housekeeper to lead housekeeping operations team management and guest room standards in Seychelles.
Scope
- Day-to-day leadership of housekeeping and laundry operations
- Quality control cleanliness standards and room presentation
- Departmental budget management inventory control and supply ordering
- Team leadership training and schedule management
- Collaboration with front office and maintenance to deliver an exceptional guest experience
Profile
- Proven experience as an Executive Housekeeper or Assistant Executive Housekeeper in luxury hospitality
- Fluency in Russian and English is required
- Strong operational leadership and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational training and team development skills
- Understanding of island logistics resort operations and resort guest expectations
