UX Designer
Job Summary
Core Responsibility: To design and execute user-centric process flows interfaces and interactions across all D2C channels. This role enhances the customer journey and usability by translating user research and requirements into high-quality practical design deliverables
Design & Process Execution: Independently develop wireframes mock-ups and detailed user process flows for new features collaborating closely with the UX Design Lead to maintain cohesive visual and structural standards
Process Mapping & Flow Design: Map out step-by-step user processes transaction paths and system interactions to ensure a logical frictionless and effortless user journey
Interactive Prototyping: Build prototypes and click-dummies ensuring compliance with existing design guidelines process rules and brand standards
User Research & Insights: Assist in gathering user insights and translate them into actionable user-centric improvements for existing flows and processes
Interface & Component Design: Contribute to the detailed design of user interactions visual UI components and global site structures (e.g. navigation product comparison)
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the UX Design Lead product owners and development teams to successfully deliver digital experiences
Design Systems & Documentation: Contribute to the growth and documentation of our design systems user flows and UI component libraries.
Qualifications :
Degree in Marketing Online/Performance Marketing Business Administration or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Proven UX/UI Design Experience: A strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to create user-centric designs including wireframes mock-ups user flows and interactive prototypes
Proficiency in Design Tools: Expertise in standard design and prototyping tools such as Figma or similar software
User-Centered Mindset: Experience with user research methodologies and a proven ability to translate user insights into practical and effective design solutions
Familiarity with Design Systems: Experience in contributing to and working with design systems UI component libraries and maintaining clear documentation
E-commerce User Journey Expertise: Solid understanding of e-commerce customer journeys online purchasing behavior and usability principles that drive seamless digital shopping experiences
Collaborative Team Player: Strong communication skills and experience working effectively in cross-functional teams with product managers developers and other stakeholders
Fluency in English with strong communication and presentation skills.
Nice-to-have Qualifications: Familiarity with enterprise-scale design systems accessibility standards A/B testing analytics CVR optimization basic front-end technologies and international cross-functional collaboration.
