Senior System Analyst Payments

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business scenarios and product requirements; communicate with international partners and customers
• Design new features and create functional specifications
• Evaluate backward compatibility of product changes and align requirements with stakeholders
• Drive end-to-end feature implementation
• Break down requirements into development tasks and coordinate implementation details
• Collaborate with external providers (e.g. payment processors service providers)
• Work closely with developers QA engineers and technical writers
• Validate implemented features against specifications; perform acceptance testing
• Develop test plans and test scenarios including edge cases (e.g. data migration invalid data high load)
• Support maintenance activities including handling support requests and verifying bug fixes

Qualifications :

• Required Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field
• 5 years of experience in system analysis and writing functional specifications
• 3 years of experience in payment processing and third-party integrations
• Strong experience writing functional documentation in English
• Experience working closely with developers and business users
• Experience in acceptance testing and test scenario creation
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to structure and communicate complex information clearly
• Strong prioritization skills and results-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Fluent English

• Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in project management
• Experience with ERP system implementation or support
