Job Summary
Support in all activities related to recruitment and selection
Manage the selection process for internship positions and provide administrative support
Assist in the creation of compelling job advertisements
Collaborate closely with the HRS recruitment team on various tasks
Support the team by reviewing candidate resumes and applications
Schedule interviews and book meeting rooms
Assist in the preparation and execution of the onboarding process for new hires
Provide support for other HR department needs including employee engagement activities and company events
Qualifications :
Final-year student or recent graduate in Social Sciences Human Resources Psychology Business Administration or a related field
Previous experience in a similar role is considered an advantage
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word Excel PowerPoint)
Business proficiency in the English language
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
A collaborative team player with a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and develop new skills
