Job Summary
This is a remote position.
We are looking for a Content Manager & Content Quality Lead to help us improve the quality efficiency and scalability of our content production for both our clients and our own websites.
This is not just a writer or editor role. We are looking for someone who can manage content workflows improve quality work with multilingual writers leverage AI effectively and support the publishing process.
Languages
Fluent English is required.
In addition candidates should be bilingual or trilingual with strong proficiency in at least one of the following languages:
- German
- French
- Spanish
- Italian
Additional European languages are a plus.
What youll do
- Manage content production for client campaigns
- Review and quality-check articles before publication
- Work with writers to improve content quality structure tone and accuracy
- Help assign content and coordinate deadlines
- Support the team with publishing content on company-owned websites
- Upload and format articles in CMS platforms such as WordPress
- Assist with publishing and managing guest posts and content placements
- Ensure content meets client requirements and publisher guidelines
- Test new approaches to content creation and quality improvement
- Explore ways to use AI tools efficiently while maintaining high-quality natural content
- Humanize and improve AI-assisted content
- Work with the development team to improve and automate content assignment QA and publishing workflows
- Help reduce manual work over time through better processes and automation
The goal of this role is simple:
Produce better content improve publishing processes support the team and help us scale content production efficiently.
Over time this person should help us:
- Improve content quality
- Support content publishing across company websites
- Improve client content delivery
- Manage multilingual writers effectively
- Use AI responsibly to reduce costs and increase efficiency
- Automate repetitive tasks where possible
- Help us publish more high-quality content at scale
Requirements
What were looking for
- Strong English writing and editing skills
- Bilingual or trilingual with German French Spanish or Italian preferred
- Experience in content management editing SEO content or publishing
- Good understanding of SEO and content marketing
- Experience working with freelance writers and multilingual content
- Familiarity with CMS platforms especially WordPress
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable using AI tools for content creation and editing
- Organized and able to manage multiple projects at once
- Able to work independently and improve existing processes
A plus
Experience with:
- Link building or digital PR
- SEO tools (Ahrefs Semrush etc.)
- Content automation
- Google Sheets and reporting
- Working with developers to improve workflows
- Managing multilingual content campaigns
