• Design and author practical AI learning content for legal and compliance professionals.
• Create hands-on workshops case studies and real-world learning exercises.
• Develop prompt libraries templates playbooks and other reusable learning assets.
• Ensure legal accuracy responsible AI practices and up-to-date industry relevance across all content.
• Collaborate with Learning Experience Designers to continuously improve the learner experience.

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience as Legal Counsel Corporate Lawyer Compliance Officer or in another in-house legal or compliance role.
• Hands-on experience applying generative AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT Claude Gemini Microsoft Copilot) to legal compliance or knowledge-work workflows.
• Strong understanding of legal document management contract review compliance processes and responsible AI usage in confidential environments.
• Experience creating practical frameworks playbooks templates or internal documentation that improve legal team efficiency.
• Professional fluency in English.

Nice to Have

• Experience designing training materials courses workshops or enablement content.
• Familiarity with legal-tech platforms such as Ironclad AI Ivo or similar solutions.
• Experience collaborating with instructional design or learning teams.
• Availability to work within European time zones.
