SERVICENOW DEVELOPER

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design develop configure and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on development experience a solid understanding of IT service management processes and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Configure and develop workflows business rules client scripts UI policies UI actions and Script Includes.
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow integrations using REST SOAP and MID Server.
• Customize ServiceNow forms fields tables and CMDB structures.
• Support implementation and enhancement of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM ITOM ITAM HRSD SecOps or CSM.
• Perform platform upgrades patching and version testing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and performance problems.
• Collaborate with business analysts architects and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and development standards.
• Prepare technical documentation and support knowledge transfer activities.
• Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvements.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
• 3 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong experience with JavaScript Glide API and ServiceNow scripting.
• Proven experience with ServiceNow workflows Flow Designer and Automation.
• Hands-on experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).
• Good understanding of ITIL processes and service management concepts.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• ServiceNow CSA CAD or CIS certifications.
• Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Reporting.
• Exposure to ServiceNow Discovery Service Mapping or Event Management.
• Experience in managed services or large enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of CMDB data models and best practices.
