Plan and deliver heritage training programs that improve staff capability preserve cultural knowledge and ensure consistent quality training Performance Indicators: Develop heritage training curriculum and materials Deliver training sessions and practical workshops Assess trainee competency and provide coaching Maintain training records and reporting Continuously improve programs using feedbackQualifications: Experience coordinating training programs Knowledge of heritage preservation and cultural practices Ability to design curricula and learning materials Experience with facilitation and adult learning methods Strong communication and stakeholder management skillsRequired Skills:Curriculum design Training program development Learning management systems (LMS) Assessment and evaluation methods Content creation (slides manuals) Facilitation and public speaking Cultural sensitivity Coaching and mentoring Stakeholder collaboration Attention to detail
Qualifications :
Required Qualifications
- Experience coordinating training programs
- Knowledge of heritage preservation and cultural practices
- Ability to design curricula and learning materials
- Experience with facilitation and adult learning methods
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in curriculum design training program development and content creation (slides and manuals)
- Working knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) for training administration and recordkeeping
- Experience using assessment and evaluation methods to measure competency and learning outcomes
- Demonstrated facilitation and public speaking abilities with cultural sensitivity
- Coaching and mentoring experience and strong attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to ensure program relevance and consistency
