Job Summary
JOB SUMMARY
The Warehouse & Cold Room Supervisor will oversee warehouse and cold storage operations to ensure proper inventory management temperature control food safety operational efficiency and compliance with hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise warehouse staff and cold room operations.
- Monitor temperature systems and HVAC performance.
- Implement FIFO and FEFO inventory management systems.
- Maintain quality control and food safety standards.
- Ensure compliance with EHS and hygiene procedures.
- Coordinate inventory tracking and stock movement.
- Prepare operational and inventory reports.
- Reduce wastage and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
Requirements
- Minimum 35 years of experience in warehouse supervision preferably in cold storage or perishables.
- Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory software.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of food safety HACCP and warehouse procedures.
- Training in Environmental Health & Safety is an advantage.
- Languages: Kinyarwanda and Operational English.

- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure.
