Working Student Sample Management Expert

• You will offer support to senior team members (Sample Management Experts) in the E2E sample management process
• You will collect clarify and process data in the pre-order phase (with forecast updates clarification of technical content etc.).
• You will receive and process sample orders from the customer /Project Manager.
• You will be able to confirm the technical definition with the Sample Management Expert / Project Manager.
• You will be ensuring that the customer requirement of each order is transmitted to the Plant.
• You will inform the Sample Management Expert/Project Manager about planned delivery dates.
• You will offer support with updates/distributions of the sample delivery plan internally after each meeting with the Project Manager.
• You will offer support with ensuring and following internal communication with the Plant.
