Working Student Sales Area

• Processing offers customer orders and supplier orders in SAP;
• Checking daily order confirmations;
• Checking and communicating delivery times to the customer;
• Customer support by maintaining contact with the customer (e-mail/phone)
• Reporting errors in the order processing flow
• Providing support to sales and technical colleagues
• Responsible for the confidentiality of data regarding sales figures profits company strategy.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor/Masters degree in progress;
• English language - level B2;
• Proactive attitude;
• Problem-solving ability;
• SAP experience - an advantage.
