Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your recruitment expertise in a dynamic international environment. Join the TA team for the Product Line Digital & integrated Systems dedicated to the French and Belgium markets and work alongside passionate motivated and supportive teammates.

Youll play a key role in sourcing and engaging top talent ensuring we attract the best professionals to drive our business forward.

Day-to-day youll work closely with HR Business Partners Hiring Managers and other stakeholders to understand business needs define recruitment strategies and provide high-quality recruitment solutions.

Well look to you for:

• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process from intake meetings to offer negotiation
• Sourcing candidates through various channels including job boards social media referrals and direct search (Boolean LinkedIn Recruiter etc.)
• Conducting interviews and assessments and providing consultative guidance to hiring managers
• Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process
• Supporting employer branding initiatives and participating in recruitment events
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and tools

• University degree in Human Resources Psychology Business or a related field
• 4 years of experience in international recruitment preferably for technical or engineering roles
• Strong sourcing skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English and French
• Proactive adaptable and results-oriented mindset
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
