Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your recruitment expertise in a dynamic international environment. Join the TA team for the Product Line Digital & integrated Systems dedicated to the French and Belgium markets and work alongside passionate motivated and supportive teammates.
Youll play a key role in sourcing and engaging top talent ensuring we attract the best professionals to drive our business forward.
Day-to-day youll work closely with HR Business Partners Hiring Managers and other stakeholders to understand business needs define recruitment strategies and provide high-quality recruitment solutions.
Well look to you for:
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process from intake meetings to offer negotiation
- Sourcing candidates through various channels including job boards social media referrals and direct search (Boolean LinkedIn Recruiter etc.)
- Conducting interviews and assessments and providing consultative guidance to hiring managers
- Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process
- Supporting employer branding initiatives and participating in recruitment events
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and tools

- University degree in Human Resources Psychology Business or a related field
- 4 years of experience in international recruitment preferably for technical or engineering roles
- Strong sourcing skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English and French
- Proactive adaptable and results-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
