Software Testing Consultant

• Define and implement test strategies for microservices mobile and web platforms aligned with Agile ways of working.
• Support tribes and teams in building comprehensive test plans that cover functional integration regression performance and exploratory testing.
• Provide expertise in automated testing ensuring the right balance between manual and automated testing depending on the product and release cycle.
• Establish and coach teams on best practices for testing across CI/CD pipelines.
• Advise on and where needed set up automation frameworks and test environments.
• Collaborate with developers product owners and QA engineers to integrate testing seamlessly into the delivery process.
• Help upskill team members and foster a quality-first mindset across the organization.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience in automation testing across multiple platforms. 5 years of experience in automated software testing
• Strong knowledge of test strategy and planning especially in large-scale Agile environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python and Java and related testing libraries
• Understanding of REST API testing
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and version control systems
• Good understanding of QA methodologies and testing life cycle
• Experience with mobile testing (Appium Expresso other frameworks)
• Experience with web testing (Selenium Gauge)
• Experience coaching or consulting with Agile teams ideally within a Agile tribe/squad model.
• Solution-oriented person with determination and ability to respect deadlines; 
• Strong analytical skills; 
• Cooperation and team spirit; 
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills understanding of business objectives and risks.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written)

Nice to have/Open to Learn:

• Knowledge of Gauge tool for SBE
• Knowledge of performance and security testing tools.
• Familiarity with cloud environments
• Experience with contract testing
