ServiceNow Developer SPM (M/F/D)
The Impact You Will Create
Expand and enhance the central Service & Product Portfolio Management (SPM) on the ServiceNow platform.
Provide expert consulting to customers regarding functional coverage technical solutions strategic roadmaps and the potential costs and benefits of using ServiceNow.
Implement develop and take ownership of IT solutions on our globally deployed internal ServiceNow application suite.
Coordinate and steer development activities at the solution level for your area of responsibility.
Define and continuously improve processes ensuring their seamless integration into ServiceNow.
Deliver strategic and operational advice to internal customers.
Experience And Skills You Will Need
Proven professional experience in ServiceNow implementation administration Service Portal and UI components (specifically within the SPM module).
Technical skills in JavaScript XML HTML CSS AngularJS and REST / SOAP are highly advantageous.
Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification for ServiceNow is required.
Ideally you are already a Certified SPM Implementer in ServiceNow.
You possess a strong team-oriented mindset.
You feature a solution- and process-oriented way of thinking combined with strong analytical skills.
Ideally you bring knowledge of ITIL-based ITSM processes.
Fluency in English (both written and spoken) rounds out your profile.
