Senior Test Automation Engineer (HealthcareMedical industry)

• Design implement and maintain scalable end-to-end test automation strategies
• Implement and maintain test automation frameworks 
• Build and optimize CI/CD quality gates and automated validation pipelines
• Perform stress load and performance testing activities 
• Collaborate closely with developers architects and QA engineers to improve product quality and reliability
• Introduce and leverage AI-assisted testing and automation approaches where applicable
• Analyze test results identify bottlenecks and drive continuous quality improvements

Qualifications :

• 5 years of hands-on experience in test automation engineering
• Strong expertise across multiple testing layers including unit integration system UI performance and stress testing
• Strong programming skills in at least one of the following languages: C# Java Python or TypeScript
• Practical experience with modern automation tools such as Playwright Cypress and Ranorex
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems
• Hands-on experience with GitLab CI or similar CI/CD platforms
• Strong understanding of software quality assurance methodologies and automation best practices
• Strong analytical troubleshooting and communication skills
• Upper-Intermediate English level or higher

• Background in C# software development
• Experience with penetration testing
• ISTQB certification
• Experience using AI-assisted development and testing tools
• Experience working in regulated industries
• German language proficiency
