Senior Manager Professional Services
Lead the Enterprise Services and Professional Services business for the region. Manage a team of Professional Services Managers and through them the regional Enterprise Services (TAM) and delivery organization with accountability for service delivery customer outcomes and the commercial performance of both functions.
Business and commercial leadership
- Own the commercial performance of the regional PS business including PS revenue and bookings targets delivery margin and resource utilization.
- Own the commercial outcomes of the regional Enterprise Services function including retention renewal rate and expansion influenced through proactive account engagement.
- Forecast demand plan capacity and manage staffing to meet delivery commitments while protecting margin and utilization targets.
- Partner with Sales on scoping pre-sales support and SOW definition so engagements are accurately scoped priced and deliverable.
People and team leadership
- Lead and develop a team of Professional Services Managers and through them the regional delivery organization aligning the team behind shared objectives priorities and outcomes.
- Own hiring performance management calibration coaching and career development across the team.
- Plan team capacity and build succession depth to support regional growth.
Service delivery and governance
- Oversee delivery of implementations migrations and upgrades to SOTI software ensuring work is delivered to scope on time and to the highest standards of quality and customer service.
- Govern the configuration and deployment of SOTI ONE products against project deliverables setting standards for configuration testing and troubleshooting carried out by the delivery team during billable engagements.
- Own delivery standards project governance and escalation management for the region acting as the senior point of escalation for at-risk engagements and key regional accounts.
- Drive continuous improvement of the delivery model methodology and tooling to improve quality predictability and efficiency.
Enterprise Services and customer success
- Direct the regional Enterprise Services function ensuring TAMs deliver proactive high-value service that drives adoption retention and expansion.
- Support the development and execution of enterprise support strategies aligned to customers strategic plans.
Customer and stakeholder relationships
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior customer stakeholders and strategic partners or vendors ensuring the appropriate design configuration support and optimization of SOTI solutions.
Cross-functional and product
- Partner with Sales Sales Engineering Legal Finance and Product to align on commercial contractual and delivery matters.
- Provide structured feedback to the SOTI product and development teams to inform fixes enhancements and roadmap priorities drawn from field and delivery insight.
Technical leadership and compliance
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to managers and senior delivery resources in the planning and design of solutions and delivery improvements setting technical direction rather than performing implementation directly.
- Ensure Enterprise Services and Professional Services delivery adheres to SOTI and customer security compliance and data handling requirements across all engagements.
Qualifications and experience
- 10 years in professional services technical services or enterprise software delivery with at least 4 years in a people leadership role.
- Proven experience managing managers not only individual contributors. Demonstrated ability to lead a multi-layer organization across a distributed or regional footprint.
- Track record owning commercial performance for a Services org P&L or equivalent including revenue bookings margin and utilization accountability.
- Experience leading enterprise software implementations migrations or managed services at scale ideally in an MDM EMM or enterprise mobility context.
- Demonstrated success partnering with Sales on scoping pre-sales and SOW definition for services engagements.
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
Other requirements
- Willingness to travel regionally and occasionally internationally as engagements and team needs require.
- Fluency in English. Additional regional languages are an asset.
