Senior IT Workplace Engineer and Service Manager

The Opportunity

You are a IT Endpoint Lead engineer leading the development of our IT Endpoint Environment and take over the role as IT Service Manager and drive your services independently and proactive.

In this role you are a driver and key-factor to ensure the development smooth operations and continual improvement of our IT endpoint environment. Further you act as service manager for IT services in the area of IT endpoint management.

• Together with your team you run maintain and develop our IT endpoint fleet

• You take full responsibilities and act as service manager for major endpoint related services such as Windows Endpoint Endpoint Security or Virtual Desktop Environment.

• You support colleagues with technical expertise and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

• You develop solutions to optimize our endpoint fleet

• You participate in projects and act as SMEs for several workplace related topics

• You ensure a state-of-the-art software and patch level for our laptops

• You create software packages and deliver them to our users

• You identify and drive vulnerability management initiates to keep our endpoint fleet secure

• You identify and drive hygiene tasks to maintain a lean endpoint environment

• You hold aBachelordegree inComputer Science Information Systems

• You have at least 7years experienceworking in endpoint management with focus on Windows and iOS endpoints.

• You have at least 5years experienceon Microsoft Intune (MEM) or similar modern endpoint management platforms.

• You have at least 5years experienceon Microsoft Intune (MEM) or similar modern endpoint management platforms.

• You have 5years experienceworking with PowerShell

• You have 2 year experience with Microsoft 365 Cloud PC environment or similar

• You have 3 year experience with working in Microsoft Entra Directory (Azure Active Directory)

• Microsoft Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102)

• Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)

• Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900)

• PowerShell proficient

• You are fluent (written and spoken) in English.

• You have strong verbal and written communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• You can lead colleagues distribute tasks and ensure their fulfilment

• You drive the operations and development your assigned services independently proactive

• You have experience managing a Microsoft 365 Platform
