Whatyoulldo
- Perform financial due diligence for acquisitions(buy-side) ordisposals(sell-side).
- Analysefinancial performanceprofitabilitycash flow working capital debt.
- Identifyrisks opportunities and key deal considerations.
- Prepare client-ready reports andprovide insights that help clients understand whattheyrereally investing in.
- Work alongside tax legal valuationM&Aadvisorsand other specialists on complex transactions.
Whatwerelooking for
- 25 years of experience in audit transaction services accounting or finance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Romanian Accounting Standards (IFRS is a plus).
- Excellent English and communication skills.
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI Alteryx or GenAI tools is an advantage.
- ACCA student status is a plus.
