Scrum Master (all genders)

As a Scrum Master you will support 23 cross-functional product teams in continuously improving their collaboration delivery and ways of working. You will work closely with Software Developers Quality Engineers Product Managers Product Owners Engineering Leadership and our Senior Agile Coach.

The role requires a pragmatic approach to balancing agile principles with real-world constraints such as customer commitments dependencies legacy systems and different levels of team maturity.

Your Tasks

• Act as Scrum Master for 23 cross-functional product teams
• Support teams in breaking down complex work maintaining a healthy backlog flow and focusing on valuable outcomes
• Facilitate core Scrum events including Sprint Planning Daily Scrums Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives
• Enable the effective application of Scrum and agile principles with a strong focus on delivery transparency and continuous improvement
• Identify and remove impediments affecting team effectiveness flow predictability and quality
• Coach teams and stakeholders on agile ways of working in a pragmatic and context-sensitive manner
• Help teams improve collaboration and ways of working across Development Product and Business
• Contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement rather than focusing on process compliance for its own sake

• At least 3 years of practical experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a software development environment
• Solid hands-on experience with Scrum; knowledge of Kanban or hybrid approaches is a plus
• Proven experience working with cross-functional interdisciplinary teams
• Strong facilitation and communication skills
• Ability to identify and address impediments at both team and organizational level
• Pragmatic solution-oriented and calm under pressure
• Strong understanding of systems thinking and organizational dynamics
• Ability to challenge teams and stakeholders constructively
• Focus on outcomes learning and continuous improvement rather than pure process compliance
• High degree of empathy combined with the assertiveness to drive meaningful change
