Regional Supply Chain Head (FM)

Lead regional Supply Chain. Connect global strategy with regional execution

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the regional Supply Chain strategy in alignment with corporate objectives and business priorities

• Lead Supply Chain Planning and Materials Management ensuring optimal inventory levels and reliable availability

• Lead Procurement strategy supplier consolidation negotiation excellence and supplier development

• Optimize transportation networks freight costs warehouse operations and consolidated logistics flows

• Ensure effective Import/Export and Customs operations

• Drive harmonization and standardization of processes responsibilities and governance across the region

• Lead regional transformation initiatives including digitalization EWM/S4 implementation network optimization and more

• Establish clear governance KPIs RACI and decision rights to drive performance and accountability

• Drive faster decision-making and coordinated crisis management across the region

• Build develop and lead high-performing Supply Chain teams and leadership structures

Candidate profile

• University degree in Supply Chain Management Logistics Business Administration Engineering or similar

• Extensive experience in Supply Chain Procurement Logistics and Materials Management in an international manufacturing environment

• Proven leadership experience managing multiple teams managers and team leaders

• Strong knowledge of Supply Chain Planning (MRP) Procurement Inventory Management Warehousing and Transportation

• Experience with SAP environments; SAP S/4HANA and/or EWM is a strong advantage

• Strong business and financial acumen with a focus on cost optimization and performance

• Excellent negotiation analytical communication and stakeholder management skills

• Proven ability to work effectively in a global matrix organization

• Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage
