About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to support our growing European recruitment operations. The role focuses on sourcing and delivering large volumes of skilled and semi-skilled blue-collar personnel for projects across Europe particularly within construction industrial energy infrastructure and oil & gas sectors.

This is a fast-paced position where priorities can change quickly. We are looking for someone who enjoys working under pressure takes ownership and consistently delivers results within tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for blue-collar and technical positions across Europe.

• Source candidates through job boards LinkedIn social media referrals and personal networks.

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of EU national candidates.

• Develop relationships with local recruitment partners and manpower agencies.

• Screen interview and shortlist suitable candidates.

• Coordinate documentation and candidate readiness for mobilization.

• Maintain accurate records in the ATS and recruitment database.

• Work closely with Recruitment Managers to meet changing project priorities.

• Support urgent mobilizations and high-volume recruitment campaigns.

• Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

• Fluent Romanian and English (spoken and written).

• Previous experience in a recruitment or manpower agency is essential.

• Experience recruiting blue-collar personnel within Europe.

• Good understanding of EU labour market and mobility.

• Experience handling high-volume recruitment campaigns.

• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

• Existing network of recruitment agencies and candidate sources is highly desirable.

• Able to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.

• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment where priorities frequently change.

• Results-oriented with a strong sense of urgency.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
