Job Summary
Your responsibilities
Process Development
Responsible for planning manufacturing concepts and production processes
Analyzing component functions and product requirements to define the production sequence (value stream process flow)
Defining suitable production systems and equipment
Defining the process layout in coordination with local functions and taking the plant layout into account
Responsible for compliance with planned production / process KPIs
Project Management
Responsible for creating and maintaining schedules and action lists throughout the industrialization of production processes
Overall schedule for production equipment
Sub-schedules for each investment including task packages for specialist departments
Responsible for planning and monitoring the investment budget for equipment and tools approved by management
Planning and requesting individual investment budgets
Providing functional leadership to process experts (TPZ) in the procurement installation and commissioning of new systems and production equipment for the project
Participating in supplier selection
Risk Management & Continuous Improvement
Planning and managing the Process FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) for the project
Defining the PFMEA team
Defining and evaluating suitable risk prevention measures
Capturing and transferring lessons learned and technical findings
Supporting the development installation / commissioning and acceptance of production equipment
Your Profile
University degree in Mechanical Engineering Manufacturing Engineering Industrial Engineering or a related technical field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Process Engineering Manufacturing Engineering Industrial Engineering or a comparable role within a production environment.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes production systems industrialization and process development.
Experience in defining production concepts process flows value streams and manufacturing layouts.
Solid expertise in production equipment industrialization from supplier selection and procurement to installation and commissioning.
Hands-on experience with PFMEA risk management process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
Strong analytical communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to lead technical discussions and drive results in an international environment.
