Product Manager – Building Finishing (Tiling)

At Sika we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Product Manager to take ownership of our Tiling portfolio (Tiling adhesives and grouts) and drive its success in the market.

What you will do

Manage and develop the product portfolio ensuring strong market positioning
Lead product launches and oversee the full product lifecycle
Monitor market trends competition and customer needs
Provide technical support and training to customers and internal teams
Collaborate closely with Sales Marketing Technical and R&D teams
Contribute to brand visibility through events presentations and technical sessions

Qualifications :

Minimum 5 years of experience in construction materials (Technical / Sales / Marketing)
Strong product management and market analysis skills
Excellent communication negotiation and stakeholder management abilities
Proactive customer-oriented mindset with strong ownership

Education

University degree (Technical or Economic field preferred)

Languages

English Advanced
Romanian Fluent
