Job Summary

Power Automate Consultant

Required Skills and Experience:

Proven hands-on expertise in Microsoft Power Automate including the design and implementation of cloud flows scheduled workflows instant flows approval processes and enterprise automation solutions.
Strong experience working across the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem including Power Apps Power Automate Dataverse Power Pages and Power BI.
Practical knowledge of AI Builder capabilities including intelligent document processing form extraction OCR (Optical Character Recognition) predictive models classification models and their integration within automated workflows.
Solid understanding and practical experience with Microsoft Azure services supporting application integration automation and cloud-based solutions.
Demonstrated experience integrating Power Platform solutions with:
- Microsoft 365
- SharePoint Online
- Microsoft Teams
- Outlook
- Excel
- Dynamics 365
- Dataverse
- SQL Server
- RESTful APIs and external third-party systems
Strong understanding of Dataverse security architecture including security roles business units team-based access role-based permissions and field-level security controls.
Experience developing configuring and maintaining custom connectors for enterprise integrations.
Good understanding of API technologies and integration concepts including JSON OData REST services HTTP protocols authentication mechanisms and API security practices.
Familiarity with Azure Active Directory (Microsoft Entra ID) including application registrations OAuth authentication service principals and managed identities.
Experience implementing Power Platform Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) practices including solution management environment variables connection references and automated deployment pipelines.
Strong analytical troubleshooting and debugging skills across Power Platform components integrations connectors data sources and Azure services.
Ability to gather analyze and translate business requirements into scalable maintainable and efficient technical solutions.
Excellent communication technical documentation collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills.
