Your Profile
Educations: University (Economics Business HR Economical Engineering) Language: English Italian and Spanish is an advantage IT tools: Microsoft Office (especially Excel) SAP DP Payroll TRUE HR

What Youll Do Day-to-Day
Provides support to the Human Resources area as required for Personnel Administration processes for the regions in scope Supports the hiring process and is responsible for the correctness and update of the employees information in HR Systems based on the requests received from regional HR departments and ensures the confidentiality of the information Prepares the contracts / documents for the employees and other information requested by laws in order to have a complete personnel file and the necessary information to be sent to the authorities Prepares personnel related reports / analysis requested by the lines / HR regional areas Assist in administering benefits and gives support to Compensation Organization and Benefits areas in order to ensure accurate information and actions are implemented on time in the HR systems Gives support to the areas in order to ensure that the time attendance is correctly registered in the systems Interacts with internal and/or external contacts with a higher level of autonomy. Complies with Tenaris policies procedures and management standards and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility.
