Payroll Analyst with French

What were looking for:

• Advanced level of French and English;

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in HR or similar roles;

• Organizational and multitasking ability;

• Attention to detail and analytical thinking;

• A good team worker and Customer-oriented approach;

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office package (especially Excel);

What will you do:

Produce payroll payments using the payroll management system in a timely manner in accordance with company pay policies quality and control guidelines and regulatory laws and requirements.
Process employeeleave to ensure accurate accountability of payroll exceptions
Professional resolution of payroll discrepancies and questions received
Alert management of discovered noncompliance or data quality issues
Payroll documentation is organized and archived in accordance with company and regulatory guidelines
