For our trusted partner we are looking for a freelance an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead to support companys global launches and facilitate seamless transitions within the organization. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in guiding teams through change ensuring clarity in roles and responsibilities milestone management and fostering effective communication training and engagement strategies.
- Lead change initiatives to support the organizations strategic objectives.
- Develop and implement change management strategies to facilitate successful adoption of new initiatives and processes.
- Work closely with senior leadership to align organizational goals and priorities with change initiatives.
- Conduct assessments to identify strengths and areas for improvement and develop action plans to address gaps.
- Design and deliver change management training programs for leaders and employees.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to engage stakeholders and drive consensus on change initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management efforts and make recommendations for improvement.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on change management best practices and approaches.
Requirements
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in change management or related roles
- Proven track record of successfully leading change management initiatives in complex matrix environments
- Strong understanding of change management principles methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Certification in change management (e.g. Prosci ACMP) is a plus.
- The ability to adapt to changing circumstances and navigate ambiguity
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
