Logistics Transportation and Order Fulfillment Specialist

Office Location: Bucharest; 2 days / week at the office (Pipera)

Collaboration Type: Individual Labor Contract

Duration: 6 months 6 months with the possibility of extension

Start date 1st of November 2026

• Ensure on-time delivery to customers (end customers and intermediaries) meeting quality requirements and delivery deadlines.
• Monitors daily delivery performance avoiding deviations and taking action to meet conditions.
• Provides logistics interface with warehouses factories consolidation warehouses and carriers within the EMEA Supply Chain. Acts as first point of escalation for all distribution channels.
• Identifies risks that may prevent the fulfilment of customer expectations and takes action to mitigate their impact.
• Acts as first point of escalation in incident management and complaint validation.
• Coordinates return flows in the assigned region ensuring achievement of indicators.
• Coordinates with relevant departments within the company on operational escalations received from internal customers ensuring timely and accurate information.

• minimum 1 year experience in Logistics and Transport
• fluent English
• working skills with MS Office
