Key Responsibilities & Daily Workflow

As a Digital Content Presenter your day-to-day operations will involve:

• Live Studio Hosting: Anchoring and leading lively interactive digital programs within a cutting-edge professional studio environment.
• Audience Engagement: Building an upbeat and professional rapport with Russian-speaking viewers keeping them entertained while maintaining a high-energy on-air atmosphere.

• Technical Operations: Learning to use advanced production equipment and broadcasting software (with full training provided) to ensure flawless on-air transitions.

Candidate Profile: Requirements & Qualifications

Language & Eligibility (Strict Compliance)

• Russian: Native or near-native fluency to effortlessly connect with the platforms audience.
• English: Intermediate functional command (B1/B2 level) for internal production communication and company updates.
• EU Work Rights: Applicants must already hold the full legal right to work within the European Union (such as an EU Passport or a valid Residence Permit).

Profile & Scheduling

• Screen Presence: A natural ability to hold an audiences attention paired with strong enthusiasm and a polished on-screen appearance.
• Scheduling Flexibility: Comfort working within a high-tempo environment including the flexibility to work a 24/7 rotating shift pattern (encompassing days nights and weekends).
• Background Variety: Prior experience in high-end customer care the performing arts or public speaking is a major plus though a professional demeanor and positive outlook are our top priorities.
