Hydrotechnical and Hydraulic Engineer (Infrastructure Design)
Job Summary
- Elaboration of design documentation for the Technical Project for hydrotechnical works hydraulic calculations for structures (culverts bridges and viaducts) and rainwater runoff drainage devices for roads and railroads;
- Preparation verification approval of documents for obtaining approvals and agreements;
- Participation in the preparation of written and drawn project parts and bills of quantities;
- Preparation/verification of documents for obtaining approvals: water sewerage electricity environment;
- Participation as a representative of the Company in the meetings for the approval of specialized works;
- Is familiar with the execution technologies and the way in which operations are carried out in the execution processes;
- Establishing relations with colleagues and/or subcontractors in order to solve in a timely and good conditions all problems arising during the course of the activity;
- Directly responsible for the fulfilment of the duties and tasks set by the team leaders.
Qualifications :
We recognize that each applicant will bring different experience but the ideal candidate will have:
- Preparation: higher education in construction
- Seniority: at least 5 years of experience working in Romania in the hydraulic and hydrotehnic design deliverables;
- Excellent computer skills in MS Office AutoCAD Autodesk Civil 3D and hydraulic dedicated design softwares
- English language
- Strong computer skills (proficiency in recognised finance software and Microsoft applications)
- Good spoken and written English
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Communication ability. Ability to analyze and synthesize. Decision making capacity.
- Ability to work under stress and extended schedule
- Assuming responsibilities and maintaining confidentiality
