Job Summary
Join our HR team in Marquardt Business Services in Sibiu for an exciting unpaid internship where youll learn from experienced recruiters and be involved in real recruitment projects.
Responsibilities
Support recruitment processes and candidate administration
Screen CVs schedule interviews and communicate with candidates
Support employer branding activities and recruitment events
Assist with recruitment reporting and data analysis (Excel Power BI)
Candidate profile
Student in 2nd year in Human Resources Psychology Business Administration Foreign Languages or a related field
Advanced French and English language skills
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Valid internship agreement (practice convention) issued by the university
Availability for an unpaid internship
Our International Recruitment Team manages recruiting of various profiles across 3 countries: Romania Germany Tunisia. We speak 5 languages and enjoy the multicultural experience.
