We are seeking a professional and articulate Game Presenter to join our dynamic international team in this role you will act as the primary brand ambassador ensuring the highest standards of gaming quality customer engagement and operational compliance.

• Present all live games professionally and in strict alignment with company performance expectations.
• Actively engage online players while maintaining the companys presentation and grooming standards.
• Maintain a comprehensive technical understanding of all games to ensure flawless execution.
• Contribute to the companys long-term growth and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Legal Status: Full working rights in Romania and currently based in the country.
• Linguistic Skills: Native or fluent English proficiency (verbal and written).
• Competencies: Exceptional public speaking skills emotional resilience under pressure and meticulous attention to detail.
• Availability: Complete flexibility to work within a 24/7 rotational shift schedule.

• Base Salary & Contract: Permanent contract with a 3-month probation period including paid training and 20 days of annual leave.
• Onboarding Bonuses: 2850 RON NET paid as a lump sum with the first salary.
• Retention & Performance Incentives: 500 RON NET attendance bonus (probation) 2000 RON NET loyalty bonus (4th month) and up to 3000 RON NET monthly performance bonuses.
