Finance Transformation Consultant – Financial Services

Your responsibilities:

• Understand client business models processes and reporting requirements with a focus on financial regulatory and sustainability reporting

• Support the design and implementation of finance transformation solutions aimed at improving compliance efficiency and reporting quality

• Participate in the implementation of reporting platforms and automation tools for Financial Services clients(e.g. Workiva AlteryxLucanetor other similar reporting platforms)

• Engage with client stakeholders through workshops meetings and project discussions

• Perform gap assessments against IFRS standards regulatory requirements and sustainability reporting frameworks

• Support the development of data-driven and technology-enabled reporting solutions

• Contribute to proposal preparation thought leadership and other business development activities

Skills And Qualification:

• University degree in Cybernetics Accounting and Management Information Systems Computer Science Banking and Finance or a related field

• Experience with Workiva AlteryxLucanet Anaplan or similar reporting solutions is considered an advantage

• Strong analytical critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

• Good understanding of financial reporting IFRS regulatory reporting or sustainability reporting

• Advanced Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and Word skills

• Knowledge of SQL Python or other data and automation tools

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Proactive adaptable and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
