- Re-use loop is providing intelligent technology platforms and agile delivery models for pre-retail logistics and product returns fulfilment and processing on behalf of many of Europes largest retailers.
About the role
We are looking for a CRM Developer with a solid foundation development and a strong desire to build expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and the Power Platform ecosystem. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career developer who enjoys solving business problems through technology and wants to develop specialized skills in enterprise CRM solutions.
You will work closely with experienced CRM consultants and technical leads contributing to the development support and enhancement of Dynamics 365 solutions while receiving guidance and mentoring to grow your CRM expertise.
- Support the development of Dynamics 365 Sales solutions including C# server-side plugins custom workflow activities JavaScript web resources and PCF controls under the guidance of senior team members.
- Learn and contribute to Dynamics 365 customizations including forms views business rules and Dataverse configuration.
- Assist in developing and maintaining C# plugins custom workflow activities and JavaScript customizations.
- Support the creation and maintenance of Power Automate workflows and business process automation.
- Participate in integrating Dynamics 365 with external systems through APIs and web services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues defects and integration challenges.
- Collaborate with business analysts consultants and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions.
- Participate in system testing deployments and release activities.
- Contribute to technical documentation development standards and knowledge-sharing activities.
- Follow established development security and deployment processes across development test and production environments.
- Continuously learn Dynamics 365 CRM Power Platform and related Microsoft technologies.
What we need from you
- 1-3 years of experience in software development using C# .
- Understanding of object-oriented programming principles and software development best practices.
- Experience developing web applications APIs or enterprise software solutions.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Familiarity with JavaScript and web technologies (HTML CSS REST APIs).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and willingness to work closely with business and technical teams.
- Eagerness to learn Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform technologies.
Nice to Have
- Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM or Power Platform.
- Knowledge of Power Automate.
- Experience working with REST APIs and system integrations.
- Familiarity with Azure services or cloud development concepts.
- Understanding of CI/CD concepts and DevOps practices.
- Experience with source control tools such as Git or Azure DevOps.
- Awareness of CRM ERP or other business applications.
