Job Summary
- Lead assigned PV and ESS projects from internal handover through delivery commissioning acceptance and closeout.
- Build and maintain project plans covering scope schedule budget resources risks and key milestones.
- Coordinate internal teams and external partners across supply chain logistics engineering service commissioning and finance.
- Act as a reliable point of contact for customers and stakeholders providing clear progress updates and managing expectations.
- Monitor project delivery payment milestones documentation risks and change requests to support on-time execution.
- Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and strengthening project-delivery processes across the team.
- Degree in Engineering Project Management Business Renewable Energy or a comparable field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in project management project coordination construction infrastructure or technical delivery.
- Exposure to PV ESS BESS electrical systems EPC environments or renewable energy projects is highly valued.
- Strong planning communication stakeholder-management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-moving multicultural environment.
- English C1; Romanian B2 or higher is a plus and a project management certification such as PMP PRINCE2 or CAPM is welcome.
