HS&S Coordinator (fixed term position for 1 year)

At Trivium Packaging safety comes first. We are looking for a proactive and experienced Health Safety & Security (HS&S) coordinator to support our manufacturing site Buftea and drive our commitment to a Zero Harm workplace.

In this role you will partner with plant leadership team and operational stakeholders to strengthen safety performance ensure compliance and build a strong safety culture.

What Youll Do

• Support and coordinate HS&S initiatives
• Assist site audits assessments and follow-up actions.
• Support accident investigations and drive preventive measures.
• Deliver risk assessments and safety improvement programs.
• Assist monitor HS&S performance and ensure accurate reporting.
• Support the implementation of Trivium standards and ISO 45001 requirements.
• Act as a trusted advisor to plant management and HS&S teams.

What Youll Bring

• Several years of Health & Safety experience in a manufacturing environment.
• NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent) and knowledge of ISO 45001.
• Experience with audits incident investigations and risk management.
• Good communication presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence and collaborate across all organizational levels.
• Fluent in English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and reporting systems.
