Job Summary
We are seeking to hire a skilled Cobol Software Developer to help us with the development/maintenance of our current projects. As part of our team you will part of different project activities/Functional and Technical Analysis for the Retail Banking sector.
- Understanding of detailed functional specifications.
- Participate in the translation into technical specifications.
- Participate in the estimation of workload required to achieve the development and unit tests.
- Appropriating the operating rules of the development environment.
- Code/set-up and document what is produced.
- Comply with the standards and procedures (architecture security quality documentation).
- Ensure compliance with technical specifications.
- Conduct performance tests (BDDs).
- Contribute to the 3rd level support this includes monitoring of the resolution of incident and troubleshooting
- Maintain a good level of documentation for all developments (JIRA Wikis project doc)
- Contribute to the quality of the application continues improvement actions
Qualifications :
- Technologies: Cobol DB2 CTRL-M EGEN/Endevor TSO
- Nice to have: QSL IBM Infosphere OPTIM
- Mainframe knowledge is mandatory JCL
- French is mandatory.
