Job Title: Carrier Network Account Manager

You will be part of the local team to continuously strengthen the Huawei brand in the Carrier Network and deliver outstanding achievements in sales. You will be responsible for developing an Account Plan outlining emerging account opportunities to be addressed through account related activities with the support of Bidding and Pre-Sales teams.

Job Location: Bucharest Romania

Main Responsibilities:

• Achieve agreed revenue targets and contribute to business growth.

• Support the overall development of the Huawei Romania Office.

• Build and maintain relationships with target customers identify new business opportunities.

• Lead sales initiatives within assigned accounts and ensure the necessary resources are available to support business objectives.

• Ensure customer requirements are understood and addressed in a timely manner.

• Develop strong relationships with key customer stakeholders and decision-makers.

• Provide regular updates on account status opportunities and business plans.

• Prepare proposals and ensure the necessary resources are available to support customer needs.

• Track sales opportunities and proactively address any issues to ensure successful outcomes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent industry related experience.

• 3 years Telecommunication Industry related sales experiences in Romania.

• Good market insight ability to understand local market to identify the opportunities.

• Good engagement with customers both in technical and business aspects.

• Good communication and management ability with customers.

• Ability to establish brands explore product opportunities work out customer product competitive strategies and competitive plans.

• Have a good working knowledge in Telecommunication Industry.

• Able to quickly adapt to changing business needs both internally and externally.

• Very focused and driven individual able to carry responsibility and develop solutions.

• Excellent collaboration skills with a wide variety of people (product management engineering marketing).

• Strong ability to learn self-management skills and the ability to work independently.

• Good written and spoken English communication skills.
