Job Summary
Objective
- Be responsible for providing estimation in the demand process definition of the business and IT level requirements in the delivery process.
- Coordinate functional solution alignments between development teams.
- Support all processes like Release Management Change Management testing and go live.
Activity
Definition
- Support customers in the analysis and definition of business needs and requirements provide specifications and keep these updated.
- Ensure integrity and consistency of the end-to-end solution by detailing requirements and use cases across the different applications and services.
- Design and refine the end-to-end solution across application landscape and document business and IT requirements.
- Maintain an up-to-date product specification after implementation of changes.
- Verify requests with Product Management to be aligned with the product evolution strategy.
Project Management
- Gather IT cost estimates during project initiation.
- Improve and ensure project excellence.
- Manage project assignments and coordinate technical alignments across development teams.
Sales and Business Line Support
- Ensure customer satisfaction during the demand and delivery process and keep the requirements up to date.
- Build bridge between business (product sales) and delivery teams with overarching views on the detailed requirements.
- Provide guidance and coaching to other team members and relevant stakeholders.
Learning and Development
- Ensure proper communication on detailed requirements and use-cases to the relevant stakeholders (especially towards delivery teams).
- Constantly maintain a good level of expertise and knowledge on the solution.
