APEX Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for 2 Senior Oracle APEX Developers to join ongoing project delivery and support the development of enterprise-grade applications built on the Oracle stack. This is a full-time contract role with full on-site presence required (5 days/week).

The selected candidates will be responsible for designing developing enhancing and maintaining robust Oracle APEX applications while collaborating closely with technical and business teams to deliver scalable and high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design develop and maintain applications using Oracle APEX

• Translate business and functional requirements into technical solutions

• Develop and optimize PL/SQL packages procedures functions triggers and SQL queries

• Build interactive reports dashboards forms and workflows in Oracle APEX

• Integrate APEX applications with internal and external systems via REST/SOAP APIs

• Ensure application performance security scalability and reliability

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across development testing and production environments

• Participate in code reviews testing deployment and release activities

• Work closely with project managers analysts DBAs and other developers to ensure successful delivery

• Contribute to technical documentation and best practices

Required Skills & Experience

• 5 years of experience in software development with strong focus on Oracle technologies

• Proven hands-on experience with Oracle APEX

• Strong expertise in PL/SQL and SQL

• Solid experience with Oracle Database

• Good understanding of database design performance tuning and debugging

• Experience developing and consuming web services / APIs

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously

• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

• Fluent English both written and spoken

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle Forms Oracle Reports or legacy modernization projects

• Familiarity with JavaScript HTML CSS within Oracle APEX environments

• Experience working in enterprise or mission-critical environments

• Knowledge of version control and deployment best practices

• Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies
