Job Summary
Manages workplace services including office space planning employee support services and coordination of administrative functions to ensure a productive and compliant work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise office layout planning and space utilization.
- Coordinate cleaning security and support services.
- Ensure workplace health and safety standards are upheld.
- Liaise with HR and administrative departments for employee service needs.
- Monitor service contracts and vendor performance.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Facilities Management Engineering Building Services or a related discipline.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in facilities management including at least 3 years of experience in a governmental role within the State of Qatar.
- Experience in managing workplace logistics and service delivery in large organizations.
- Bilingual proficiency (Arabic and English) is a must.
