Job Title: Trainer – Electrical

Location: Doha Qatar

Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Trainer – Electrical to deliver high-quality technical training programs in the field of electrical engineering. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting technical training sessions evaluating trainees maintaining training facilities and equipment and continuously improving training materials and methodologies. The role also ensures compliance with quality safety and organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver technical training programs in electrical engineering for employees and trainees.
• Prepare organize and conduct classroom and practical training sessions.
• Evaluate trainees through assessments practical exercises and examinations.
• Develop review and continuously improve training materials manuals and course content.
• Plan and manage training resources equipment and learning materials.
• Maintain training rooms laboratories and technical equipment in operational condition.
• Lead mentor coach and support trainees throughout the training process.
• Conduct trainee assessments and support certification processes.
• Ensure all training activities comply with Quality Assurance ISO standards Risk Management and ISMS requirements.
• Adhere to Qatar Health Safety and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures.
• Prepare training reports attendance records and performance evaluations.
• Recommend improvements to training methodologies and learning approaches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred).
• Certified Train the Trainer (TTT) or equivalent Training Methodology Certification.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in technical training learning & development or instructional delivery.
• Hands-on experience with Medium Voltage (MV) and/or High Voltage (HV) electrical systems is mandatory.

Required Skills

• Strong technical knowledge of electrical engineering principles.
• Practical experience in Medium Voltage (MV) and High Voltage (HV) systems.
• Excellent presentation coaching and facilitation skills.
• Ability to develop technical training materials and assessments.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional methodologies.
• Familiarity with ISO standards Risk Management and Information Security Management Systems (ISMS).
• Strong planning organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback.

Language Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.
