Job Summary

* Install dismantle maintain and inspect telecom equipment on towers monopoles rooftops masts and other elevated structures.
* Install and align antennas RRU/RRH units microwave equipment feeder cables fiber-optic cables cable trays brackets grounding systems and related telecom infrastructure.
* Perform rigging lifting cable routing equipment mounting bolt torqueing preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting in accordance with approved drawings and method statements.
* Carry out all activities in compliance with working-at-height procedures RAMS Permit-to-Work requirements fall-protection standards lifting plans PPE requirements and project HSE regulations.

Requirements
* Must have experience working with telecom tower installation and maintenance.
* Must have Working at Height / Tower Climbing certification and strong knowledge of fall-arrest systems and tower safety.
* Have Rigging / Banksman / Slinger certification or equivalent training for safe lifting operations.
* Hands-on experience with GSM/2G/3G/4G/5G antennas RRU/RRH microwave antennas RF feeders fiber-optic cables hybrid cables and grounding systems.
* Ability to read telecom drawings installation manuals method statements and risk assessments; additional certifications such as Tower Rescue IRATA RF Safety First Aid or OEM-specific telecom training are advantageous.


Required Skills:
