Job Summary
- Support the operation maintenance and integration of telecommunication systems utilized within Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) solutions.
- Maintain monitor troubleshoot and optimize telecommunication equipment and communication infrastructure used for meter data transmission.
- Investigate telecom failures connectivity issues communication outages and suspected tampering incidents and prepare comprehensive technical reports including root cause analysis and recommended corrective and preventive actions.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily weekly and monthly progress reports covering resource deployment work status completed activities pending issues and overall project performance in accordance with contract requirements.
- Provide advanced technical support during the installation commissioning operation maintenance and repair of telecommunication and AMI communication systems.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards corporate risk management policies information security requirements and Health Safety and Environmental (HSE) regulations.
- Provide technical guidance mentoring and knowledge sharing to junior engineers technicians and field personnel to support continuous capability development.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management to support departmental and organizational objectives.
