Job Summary

To ensure independent oversight of IT vendor performance contractual compliance and adherence to the governance frameworks. The role safeguards transparency accountability and value delivery across all vendor engagements ensuring alignment with Qatar Government procurement and audit requirements.




Requirements

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Monitor vendor adherence to contract terms SLAs KPIs and organizational policies.

Conduct periodic performance reviews compliance checks and risk assessments.

Validate & record vendor deliverables milestone achievements and payment claims.

Maintain vendor governance dashboards and performance registers.

Facilitate review meetings and document findings risks and action plans.

Support internal/external audits by providing verified performance and compliance evidence.

Identify deviations or control gaps and recommend corrective actions.

Contribute to enhancement of vendor management frameworks and reporting transparency.

Establish and govern best practices for the recording tracking and secure storage of contract deliverables and performance documentation ensuring consistency traceability and compliance with organizational standards policies and audit requirements.

MINIMUM SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

Strong knowledge of vendor governance compliance and audit practices.

Understanding of IT outsourcing SLA management and contract assurance.

Analytical and reporting skills with attention to detail and risk awareness.

Proficiency in ERP/e-Procurement tools (SAP Oracle or equivalent).

Excellent stakeholder coordination documentation and communication skills.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

Minium 12 Years of Experience with relevance in vendor governance contract management or audit/compliance within utilities energy or government sectors in Qatar.

Bachelors Degree in IT Business Administration or related field (Masters preferred).

Familiarity with Qatar Government procurement and audit frameworks.
Certifications such as PMP CIPS ITIL or CIA preferred.
